Hi Robin,

I just wanted to let you know, if you're still able to read threads at all, that I'm thinking about you....your amazing, bright spirit....and sending prayers and love out to you.  I feel so lucky to have had the chance to get to know you, Robin.  Your positive attitude is such an inspiration.

I hope you're resting comfortably now, with all your loved ones by your side.

I was thinking the same....even if you can not respond know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Like Debbie has said, I hope your resting comfortable surrounded by family and fiends.

Thinking of and continuing to pray for Robin, as well.

Also been doing the same concerning AustenFan, who, I believe, had surgery last week. I hope things went well!

Hi Everyone,

I am Robin's daughter, Jenny. Mom has not been able to check out the forum as much as she would like. She is very weak and does not have the energy to post. She is still dealing with quite a bit of nausea and is having difficulty keeping food down. Hospice has brought in a hospital bed to make things easier. My mom thinks of you all often and she is keeping you in her thoughts and prayers. She thanks you for all your caring support and kind words. She has been getting through all this with the support of her family, friends and her faith.

My husband, daughter and I will be returning to WI today. I will keep you posted on behalf of my mom. I know this forum has played an important part of her journey.

Thank you so much for posting. I was kind of thinking it was something like that. I hope she is comfortable right now. Let her know (as I am sure you already did) that we all love her and are thinking of her and saying many prayers. Your mother is such a sweet person and we miss her posting so much...

I hope that the weather is nice where you are. It is sunny and beautiful here today. I am in Michigan and it is still a little chilly, but I can't complain.

Give your mother our love. Thank you again for writing on her behalf.

Karen said exactly what we all are thinking and doing. Jenny, your Mom is such a sweet spirit....so positive and loving...and we miss her so much on the forum. We know she would be here if she were able.

I will continue praying that she is comfortable. I know she is at peace. Her faith has given her that.

Your Mom is so precious but you know that already. We love her very much and we thank you for the update.

Thank you so much for letting us know about you dear mother. Yes, Karen said just what I guess we were all thinking.


You are blessed to have such a wonderful lady for your mother, but I know you already know that. She is very special to all of us, too.

You've been on my mind this morning since I got up to get ready for work. Not a good day for me, but I think of you and all your great advice and comforting words you've given me during some of my low points...you always make me feel better and smile.

 

My wish is that you are surrounded by your family and you are enjoying the pleasures in life which you treasure the most. Prayers, thoughts and soft gental hugs to you today and all days Robin.
