Got my blood test result been trying to play dr

eyes I see the actual Dr in a week and a half but, that hasn't kept me from trying to figure out what these results mean. These are the ones that we're marked

ANA Direct positive. No numbers just that

Sjorgens ss B high. 2.4 Reference range was 0-.09

Bun/creatinine level high. But only one point above the reference range

Anyone want to guess what it points toward, or if anything is ruled out? Don't worry about freaking me out I have already done that to myself. shocked

Alright, since your ANA pattern is positive I suggest you look up lupus and see how many of the indicators for lupus you match. You must meet at least 4 out of the 11 to be diagnosed with lupus.

I hope that you don't meet enough and don't have lupus. Good luck with the appointment.

Well I have 5 of the 11, symptoms but not all at the same time.

Yes, they do change but if you have them then it's possible.

For the Sjogren's, it is telling you that a number between 0-0.9 is normal (so less than 1 and yours was a 2.4) which is elevated. Here is something I copied and pasted from a lab site explaining test results:

Sjögren's antibody (SS-B) is present only if Sjögren's antibody (SS-A) is also detected. The presence of both antibodies (SS-A and SS-B) strengthen the diagnosis of Sjögren's Syndrome and conveys prognostic information.

A high level of creatinine typically signifies your kidneys are not working well. You mention that you are only one number above the reference range. 1.3 is the high end of normal at many labs. When you say you are only one number higher, are you saying you are 1.4 or 2.3? If it is 2.3, then that would be significantly higher.

From Mayo Clinic on a positive ANA test (could potentially indicate something like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, or it could be nothing at all):
