Are you taking vitamin D3 to raise your levels? When my doctor saw that I was very low he had me start taking 5,500 IU a day. It helped me with pain and fatigue and I'm still taking that much daily. There is a good link about
vitamin D3 and how it works in your body in Fibro 101.

I'm on week 3 of 50,000 once weekly (vitamin D was 13) - I keep telling myself I feel better but honestly I haven't seen a difference yet - My PCP said it could take a couple of months...

I do t remember specifically how long it took me to feel better because I really wasn't watching. I knew I was doing something good to help myself so I didn't dwell on it. I try not to think about
how I'm feeling. I just live one day at a time and make the best of each day.
Everyone is different as to how medications and supplements work for us. Unfortunately fibro isn't a one size fits all illness. It sure would make things easier if it were.
