Hello all I know its been awhile but between us trying to finish our metal roof and selling the house ect It's been hectic the last shrink appointment I was telling him I hated my weight gain from the lyrica cause that would make my bp go up and I had to be given a 2nd bp med.
I weaned off Lyrica and only taking the amitriptoline at night for sleeping.
I was doing good till those nasty storms hit us here in the Midwest.
I felt like a truck ran me over. Before that I was helping with some things for hubby working on roof,needless to say it didn't matter how much water I kept drinking I ended up with heat exhaustion . ( horrible)!
Glad I came inside when I did I was throwing up and had a cold washcloth on back of my neck. blush
But I just wanted everyone to know Im hanging in there I have a sock with rice in it and heat that up and was basically sitting on it. I went to bed Sat night and got out of bed Sun night. Was horrible. But since I quit the lyrica Im not in a complete state of DUHHHHHH.....
I still have my moments when I will be half way through a conversation and forget what I was talking about. I still write everything on calander and sticky notes.
We will be moving our stuff out this month and new owner is moving in Aug 1st. Then we will be staying in a camper up north till I get my daughter and her husband moved back to Wi. Then we are off to Kentucky.
Thought about Florida but with the way I got heat exhaustion I don't think it will be too safe in Florida.
Ok off the soap box hope everyone has a easy somewhat painless day.

Hey there, you have been busy!

Me too, I feel like I hardly ever get on here anymore....which makes me sad. I miss everybody. Life just seems to have been kicked into overdrive or something.

Moving is soooo stressful, I don't envy you that! Good luck with it all.

Glad to hear from you. Sounds like your life is busy and full. I wish I had a choice to go to Florida. I would of picked Florida. Lol. Try not to do so much. Sounds like your having a busy summer.

Glad that you checked in, but sorry that you have been having problems.you do sound like you have been very busy and the heat can be bad.
I live in northern Florida and it gets hot here but it can be cold in the winter too. Never lived anywhere else so can't say much about how it affects the fibro. Hope where ever you decide to move,it does well with your health. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

That's pretty much what we have been looking at humidity levels were 55% and 91 degrees but here with the 87 and 100% humidity is just killing me. We hope to have the roof done in a few weeks.We are going to camp overnight where our camper needs to go and do some clean up for my mom and dads house is suppose to go.
