Hi, Unlikelyangel, and welcome. I DEFINITELY would NOT take this. Endep is one of the brand names for amitriptyline and here is what Drugs.com has to say about this medication and pregnancy.

Pharmacists actually know more about medications and their interactions than do many doctors. It's their field of speciality. You would never forgive yourself if this medication caused birth defects in your child. Like you said...it's not worth it.
Many here, including myself, take magnesium malate and vitamin D3 and these have helped with pain and fatigue. Many aren't outside much to get the vitamin D from the sun and if you wear sunscreen that blocks the vitamin D from being absorbed. Magnesium malate is a combination of magnesium and malic acid. Malic acid is found in apples and magnesium is found in foods. These shouldn't hurt you or your unborn child but do ask your gynecologist and your pharmacist to be sure.

Be sure to read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you could find other things to help you also. There are links about the supplements I mentioned above and how they work in your body.
Gentle exercise really helps with pain, fatigue, and it helps with depression also! I walk daily for a half an hour and it has helped me quite a bit. Your children would love it too. I have a neighbor who was using a wheelchair but then I convinced her to try walking. She did has less pain and really helped her depression, too. She also has fibro by the way. Gentle stretching exercises help also.
Perhaps, as your pregnancy progresses, you will have less pain. We have had members that have felt great while pregnant.
I'm so glad that you do your homework when it comes to medication and that you will listen to your gut feeling, too. I didn't. I have Crohn's disease and a very good doctor put me on an antibiotic for a different reason. I knew this drug caused me to bleed through the intestines, and I did let my doctor know. He said I would be fine so I trusted him. Of course I started bleeding like a stuck pig, called him many times over the two week course of the drug, but he insisted I would be fine. Well. After two weeks. I ended up in hospital for five weeks. I needed two blood transfusions when I arrived plus my potassium was so low they were surprised I hadn't had a heart attack. I ended up having to lose my colon over this plus I needed two more blood transfusions. I learned from that huge mistake and now tell people to know what they are taking, talk to their pharmacists, etc. Trust your gut feeling!
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.
