Looking for a free app to track pain, meds etc tried several but either complicated or just didn't work. Any suggestions?

I think there's one in the fibro 101 thread.
Oops! I read your post again and you had asked for an app. I don't know about
one. Sorry.

As Joy mentioned, there are links in Fibro 101 about
pain journals. There are also pain charts that you can use to describe your pain when doing things. You can print out the chart you choose to use and take that in with your journal and it should help your doctor truly understand what pain you are feeling.

Forgot to mention when asking for a pain app--I don't have internet on my computer. Need something I can track on iPhone.

I have been thinking about
this: a journal not just of meds or methods, but how I feel at a certain time, what hurts, how much, what is happening in my life when these pains come....to see if there are any patterns to my pain, which seems to move all over my body. An Ap would be great.
