I think fibro can be very different day to day..i personally do not have the flu type symptoms...
But with barometric changes feel pressure, stress, and pain.
Recently had the flu, so less activity from that equals more pain.
It upset all of my normal routines, so the fibro is flared up, but i am working on it. Working on getting back to my normal days, and more active again. The bitter cold is not inspiring : )
I am trying to work on mine. I don't drive and since i was a teenager i used to walk everywhere. I lived right behind a mall as a teenager and so i would be at the mall every night walking around. I used to be able to do that real well. Last night i finally expect that i can't do as much things as i used to. I walked up to my old job which is just a ten minute walk and when i got there i had to ride in a wheelchair cause i was hurting so bad and when i got home i had to take a really hot bath. At first i though it was cause of the cold weather but now i also see it's cause of the fibro it self. I am finally learning that this is just how it is now. I need to learn to how to do things differently now
