Oh, well, I don't think any of us should suggest meds for each other, but we can share our experience, as well as what we've heard. Let's see, I think Lyrica has a good reputation. Cymbalta, also. You said Savella had helped.....hmmm, what would be a "tweaked" version of that..... Most of the SSRIs, SNRIs, even the tricyclics seem to have helped some people. Maybe others here will disagree, but I think the two best-known these days are Cymbalta and Lyrica. Lyrica wasn't much good for me, I use Neurontin, which came before Lyrica. They're very similar. I also use Tramadol, because I can't handle the NSAIDS such as Aleve, etc. . . . . That's pretty much what I can think of off the top of my head, others will know more.
I wouldn't assume Prozac won't help you. They all work on basically the same principle, it's more a matter of what your doctor has had good experience with, which doesn't mean you will. We really have to stand up for ourselves. It's good to read up as much as you can, so you can talk intelligently to your doctor.
One thing, and please don't assume this is what's happening: Not so far back, people with fibro were considered by unknowing doctors to be "just depressed." I'm sure there are still a few around, and it may be that your doctor is one of them, thinking all you need is to "cheer up." That's a pretty stupid belief to have in this day and time, but that may be what's happening. Unfortunately, these antidepressants often do help to deal with pain, and also, people with fibro are indeed often depressed.....so it goes around and around.... I'd say educate yourself and stand up for yourself. Let us know what the results are.
