Was reading about
vitamin deficiency and saw the symptoms of numbness, tingling, muscle spasms and/or bone pain may be from lack of Vitamin D and calcium. I found this information when looking up something about
Celiac Disease. The source is "InteliHealth" "John Hopkins Health Information".
I do get tingling in my hand sometimes. It is usually in the evening while sitting. My hands used to go numb when I slept. It is due to carpel tunnel in my wrists and also have Osteoarthritis in my wrists. For me the numbness stopped by wearing wrist braces to bed. I so need a new pair but I like them as they have metal supports and still work.
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at a young age. I was born with stomach problems. It was determined when I had trouble with C. Diff. that I don't have Celiac Disease. It can cause a lot of health problems if you don't strictly avoid gluten.
I was on Lyrica for maybe 2 years. It did not cause any side effects but did put on weight. That is why I was taken off. I also would find in really windy days I could feel my nerves buzzing. Lyrica did not stop all my pain. Off Lyrica I began to get nerve spasms in my lower back and behind when I was trying to sleep. I was put back on Nortriptyline for Neuralgia and a welcome effect, it stopped the nerve spasms.
