Hi everyone!
I had been feeling extra crappy through December because of my gastritis diagnosis. Every time the gastritis flared up - my fibro pains flared up. :( So, I went in the beginning of January for a follow up for the gastritis and told my Dr. that I had been having pain in between my shoulder blades. (new for me) She is very thorough which I really appreciate so she did am ECG in office and everything was fine. I got a call two days later that it had been abnormal citing prolong QT. So, of course I was freaking OUT. I called the cardiologist office and tried to get ANY answers that might calm my nerves but they couldn't give me any info until I see the cardiologist. My Dr.'s office finally called me back (I had left a message) and she told me NOT to be concerned. So, I've really been trying not to be but it's hard.:( My cardiologist apt. is on Friday morning. In the meantime, my legs have been hurting...my arms have been hurting. This same time last year I had really bad arm and leg pain too. So, I call the Dr. again and tell her that I think my magnesium might be low. So, they draw blood to have both vitamin D and mag levels checked and sure enough - both are low. So, I'm really hoping that my abnormal ECG is a result of my low magnesium levels and stomach issues. I feel like since I've had this Fibro (year and half now) it's ALWAYS something. I was perfectly healthy before all this. :( It's scary. I have 3 kids that need me...and of course my husband. I just want to feel healthy, know what I mean?
