Just had blood work done and my D level is to hiThis. Normal is 30-100 mine Is 117. Now I need to decrease to 2000 a day. Before I started taking D It was 34.I haven't felt any difference in pain level or other areas.

What have you been taking, that got it so high..do you get a lot of sunshine?

I was taking 20,000 per day. Now that weather is maybe getting nicer I will be in sunshine more. I was taking that much under Dr direction.

Ok didn't mean to sound nosey , i took 6,000 a day and lots of sunshine last summer..to get mine back in the normal zone.
Hoping it stayed up over our winter..l

I thought it take a long time for mine To get high. Sunny and wa met days are almost here! I hope your so aged up over winter too. How often do you get it che led?
