You know, it's 2015. Why hasn't someone invented a zero gravity room affordable to the general public? We could maybe sleep finally without pain in hips, shoulders, knees, ankles, .....well, you know.
I get the tingling too, but I have a curved cervical spine, and my right shoulder is leaning way forward now, so the tingling happens almost all the time now. It did start bothering me only at night when it first began, though. At first I thought I'd slept on it too long, etc. Then it began happening during the day. I started getting muscle twitches too. While I'm typing now, it is tingling from my shoulder to my finger tips. So frustrating! I'm thinking a shoulder surgery is in my not so distant future. We'll see.
