I certainly understand your feelings. I, too, have had a hard time in accepting some of the findings of my Doctors. I just feel there has got to be something really wrong in my head to be causing so much pain. I thought I might get help from an ENT who looked at my sinuses but he could not see anything. You do, however, have sinus issues when you have a virus.
It is important though to check new problems as they arise with your Doctor. I just got over a virus, not the worst for sure but I, last week, was getting very bad pain in my right ear. It was all around the jaw joint and a Q tip touched gently in my lower ear caused much pain. I went to my Doctor. I have an ear infection. I am on a 7 day antibiotic. The pain has let up in my ear but I still have bad head pain today. Maybe the weather, maybe the exercises I did yesterday in my new pool program.
Not all pain is from Fibromyalgia.
