I do agree with Pinky in NJ, as i recently bought a theracane and started treating my back 9 out of 10 times i get it handy and very relaxing in my treatment.

Hi Raven. I find that changes in the barometric pressure PLUS the dampness and cold that come with rain affect me. My pain levels go through the roof. In addition to fibro, I have cervical spine and nerve issues as well. These past two weeks have been killer because the weather has been all over the place. So, I use moist heat, the tens unit on the really bad areas, double up on naproxin, and use my Theracane on the really nasty spots.
