Well I know my memory is bad but I just pulled a doozie. I had to refill one med yesterday. When I got home I looked at that one and the empty Cymbalta bottle for about 5 min. I then looked in my pill case. I realized I have been out of the Cymbalta for about a week. Some of my fibro pain was finally easing up and then hit hard again. I also started getting bad headaches which I've not had a migraine for a year. So I'm thinking being off Cymbalta suddenly has really messed me up. Has anyone else forgotten mess?

I don't think you messed things up. You most likely will be back on track in a day or so. That medication stays in you system longer.

I've forgotten medication many times but not generally for several days. But I can see how easily that can happen. I've accidentally taken things twice! shocked That's even worse. I now am extremely careful when taking my medication.

You should be feeling better in a hurry.

I came home from picking up some refills at 7 pm and started to fill my box with the meds when I looked at today's box and noticed there was still morning meds in it.

I can't seem to remember to take my eye drops and asthma med. I'm constantly forgetting them.

I fill my 2- weekly med boxes as soon as they run out but, when I take the medicine, who knows what day confused I'm taking because I forget at least 3 times a week.
The last time I filled my boxes, I thought that I had another weeks left of all meds & would re-order when I filled that remaining week.....Duh!!! I was out of Cymbalta also and, the refill was done so, pharmacy had to call my Dr. to get refill and it took over a week. LOL turn - of course I can laugh now but, it was tough at the end of that week!

Last time I set up my Meds, I mixed the morning and evening ones on 2 of the days. It wasn't even a straight switch in the pill box. I had to go through and identify every pill and supplement, figure out what they were, and rearrange. For only 2 days. I swear it isn't me ... It's Gremlins.

Nothing like discovering this when you are settled in bed, have taken an Ambien and are ready to take the pills before you put your head down. I had to skip the supplements and just take the ones I recognized.

I REALLY need a pill box. I remember my morning gaba dose most days, and always remember my night dose. But when it comes to afternoon dose, i can't seem to figure out if I'm remembering taking the afternoon or if I'm remembering the morning instead. I don't know how many afternoon doses I've missed cause I can't figure out if I already took it or not. And I don't want to double dose, so if I'm not 100% sure I haven't taken it, I just wait for my next dose.

Yet I always remember to give the boys their meds on time lol
