I get leg twitching and once Ina while I get a very light butterfly rash on my face. Been tested for lupus many times Drs say I don't have lupus

No on the rash, although I do often get a rash on my neck and upper torso. I used to get leg twitching a lot (as well as twitching in general) but magnesium has really helped with that.

Lupus is diagnosed by a list of 11 indicators. You need to have 4 out of the 11 to be diagnosed with lupus. Positive blood work is one of 11.
If your rheumatologist is basing the diagnosis of Lupus only on blood work then get away from him fast.

I use to think I had lupus too but I have what is called melasma it's on both cheeks.

I have rls like symptoms which I'm pretty sure are FM related. I also have Rosacea on my nose and cheeks which gets worse when I'm flaring. You might look into Rosacea.
