Hi phlx, I wouldn't say my fibro symptoms have gone away but I feel as if they've improved somewhat. My PT doctor gave me exercises to do at home: First was the big belly blows, then the lazy frog, now I'm doing what I call the skinny jeans exercise. These were all prescribed by her and I have more appointments in the weeks ahead. It's very interesting. But the exercises wouldn't have been enough. She also works at stretching the area when I'm in her office.
