Sherrine, it sounds like you're very disciplined.
MsLouise, what I do to remember to take my supplements is to put them in a small glass dish beside my breakfast every morning. And I also put out a glass of water. Then I try to count them throughout the day and ease up in the evening...
This helps me not to rely on remembering to get a drink of water from the sink.
I know what you mean, Debbie, about still feeling like crap. But I look at it this way, if I wasn't trying (though I certainly do mess up sometimes) I'd feel crappier.
