how are you? one thing that might help is making certain your getting enough minerals in your diet, I noticed long ago that 90% of muscle fatigue is caused by 2 things.
Oxygen to the muscle
Supplying the muscle with what is needed, oxygen producing foods.
Consider this, if breathing and eating are specifically designed to maintain oxygen levels in the red blood cells, then the more oxygen the better off we'll be. Oxygen rich environments make it impossible for Viruses and Fungi to exist.
Most people with Low PH have health problems, raise your PH and make certain you're breathing correctly and you shouldn't have any problems. Unless you don't exercise at all and don't eat correctly, and occasionally take a deep breath, in which case expect accelerated decay.
