Flare on the 4th

Yikes. Woke up with total body muscle pain, headache and chills. Yes chills I get chills in the beginning of a flare always. Good thing we had no plans. I know you should move around no matter how much pain but that's hard to do especially the first day. I want to stay in bed with my little beagle next to me.

I had been doing SO well. I don't think I overdid it. My friend just commented yesterday how I was able to walk 3 times around the mall with her. Spoke too soon. Hopefully it won't last long.

Trying to make some food for the working husband.

This will be my first official post here; just joined this website seconds ago. I clicked on this thread because I, too, had a flare starting today, independence day. Just wonderful, isn't it? Anyway, your post made me feel not so alone. I hope we both feel better soon.

Thank you so much, couchtater. :) I'll do that next, as soon as I figure out how to get it done.

Sorry to hear about the flare. I hate that first day or two. I just got over a long one a short while ago and that first part was brutal. I hope it is better tody.
