I might be able to help you. I lost 85 pounds around 8 years ago and have kept it off too. I counted carbs and it was very easy and I was/am never hungry either. Exercise is on topic since it's very good for Fibro. I walk daily and, in the summer, I swim since I have a pool. I take my dog with me when I walk and just enjoy the beauty around me. I walk at least a half an hour a day.When I started out, I could only walk four houses down and had to turn back but I didn't give up. Each day I could go a little further and now I can walk with ease. Walking helps with pain and fatigue of Fibro plus burns calories.
Other gentle exercises are swimming and yoga. Whatever you decide, make sure it's a gentle exercise.
