Don't forget the ups and downs you can have from eating sugar. And we have to make sure we get a good night's sleep.
Eating healthfully gives me pick-me-ups. Eating junk food slows me down and makes me feel awful.
And don't forget exercise. There's nothing like a walk out in nature.
Finally, I've been doing the Healing Code, which helps me to meditate, slow down, and reflect on all that is wonderful in my life.
