This is probably a bit off-topic, but relates to food.
I know many of us deal with digestive issues. I started taking digestive enzymes, especially for foods which can be more difficult to digest (I found the digestive enzymes in Swanson's vitamins and supplements catalog). They really seem to help.
Also, I know I sometimes don't chew my food as well or as long as I should, especially if I'm distracted and in a conversation, or just in a hurry. I just read (once again) that food should be chewed very well, to the consistency of applesauce. I think that makes sense, since larger particles of food can cause issues.
To remind myself, I wrote "applesauce" on a little paper and I keep it next to my plate when I'm eating. :)

P.S. MelW11: I didn't give up soda for Lent (great idea, BTW), but am trying to avoid white sugar (plus a couple other things I'm doing for Lent). Not easy, but a positive step.
