Andre, I once couldn't remember my phone number! A few other times it took me a while to remember what or who I was thinking about. My fog is generally dumb things like forgetting what I went into a room for or forgetting what I was talking about in the middle of a sentence. I find that laughing about it instead of being frustrated helps a lot. If I get upset about it I can never remember it. Try to relax. I do take folic acid and that helps and there are other vitamins that could help...but I know you are against vitamin supplements. Sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do to help with quality of life.
If this continues I think I would talk to my doctor about it. There are medications that can help. Again, I know you don't like medications but none of us do. I take things ONLY to help with my quality of life. Why live with things that can be helped? Just my humble opinion.
