I've been on a serious weight loss journey since November of last year and on June 30th I had gastric bypass surgery. In that time I've lost 81.5 pounds, 31.5 of that since surgery. My bones are making a (re)appearance, most notably my knees, ribs, shoulders/collarbones, and my sit bones. I'm finding it hurts to carry my purse over my shoulder, I suspect because there's no padding anymore! Lying in bed makes my ribs ache. I can now feel my sit bones make contact with whatever I'm sitting on and it doesn't take long to start feeling uncomfortable. I'm not coming up with any strange bruises in those areas and I'm taking my vitamin supplements as prescribed. They don't hurt when nothing is pressing on them. Is this a fibro thing I just didn't have the pleasure of experiencing when I was more "fluffy"?
