Thank you so much for your encouraging words countingstarsx : ) I did it once, so I'll do it again!! At least I'll give it a good try : ) If you feel better when you change your diet, then you too should go for it and change your diet. Living with pain is NOT RIGHT, our lives are too short to be curled up in bed suffering. I wish you all the strength in the world to recover from this, don't settle for less than 100% health. GO FOR IT!!! Much love from here XXOO
Thanks for the info Myself09. I've seen 2 doctors and 1 rheumatologist in the city where I live, they could be confused or even wrong, but they have all concluded that the pain I suffer, and suffered in the past, was due to fibromyalgia.
about
the food issue, if this is a forum to talk about
fibromyalgia, I would expect everybody to share their own experiences, including what they're eating. I think this is about
helping yourself whilst helping others at the same time, hopefully. I DO want to help others that are suffering like myself.
I think I'll just ignore the screaming post by AndreM, as it's not positive or helpful to our condition in any way.
Hi Sherrine, Yes I have been tested in two occasions for food sensitivities and the results were negative to any sensitivities or allergies, which was great. Thanks for re-confirming that food has nothing to do with fibromyalgia and thank you for teaching me how to write in the forum too, it will be extremely helpful for anyone suffering from fibromyalgia
