Does anyone else get random muscles twitches anywhere on body throughout the day? It's driving me nuts.

Hi yes I get muscle twitches sometimes more than others. My upper arm was moving most of the day last week. I haven't had any this week. They are bothersome.

This is a post from a new member who needs to change their user name. They used their email address as the user name and that sure could cause problems! She has been contacted.

i do get muscle twitches occasionally but I know they will go away so I don't stress over them. The stress causes more pain. I do take magnesium malate and that is excellent for muscles so perhaps that's why I only get the twitches occasionally.

I was getting the twitches and found my potassium to be low and every time they get it back they go away but a few weeks later they come back and the potassium is low again. I now take a potassium a suppliment and I don't seem to have the twitches any more. I asked my doctor if this is from the fibro and he cant say. They don't know what causes fibro so they don't know all the side affects. Its worth checking with your doctor and seeing.

I have muscle twitches and take magnesium supplements to keep it in a manageable amount.
