Sex and Fibro

Does anyone out there have horrible experience with sex? I find it very painful. I have Fibro and volvodynia. I have relations with my husband and it take 3-4 days or more to heal before we can do it again! I find myself fearful for the next time! I hate it. HELP

It's not painful for me, however I'm normally too tired to have sex lol I wish I had advice for you, sorry

It's not painful for me but since being diagnosed with fibro 9 months ago I have lost sensation inside my vagina and don't feel orgasms. Anyone else experience this?
