They tend to be near a joint, or the end of a muscle. I don't think that they are tender points or trigger points. On me anyway.
Hello everyone, I'm bumping up (no pun intended) this thread because I'm having a similar issue.
For me they are near joints or at the end of muscles as well, this quote really got my attention.
When searching online about
this I came across how those with Fibro experience this and their descript
ions seem to match.
Also, I have lyme disease and I know many symptoms and issues with Fibro overlap with lyme and vice versa, so this seems to make much more sense as I look for answers on this.
Also, I've been having a lot more Fibro symptoms recently as I continue to treat lyme so I don't think it's a coincidence.
For me it's happening around the knee and hamstring joints and tendons where muscles start (starts attaching to their corresponding tendon).
I really hope this is what I'm experience as well and they are benign.
I don't know much about
Fibro other than some of the similar symptoms that overlap with lyme so please excuse my ignorance.
So this is a real thing uh (rhetorical question)?
