Before having fibromyalgia, I could tolerate injections in my arm.
The last flu shot I received in my arm, literally made it start popping and jerking along with being difficult to use.
Fortunately, I have a primary dr. who understands and allows me to get shots in my hip.
I am quite nervous getting the covid vaccines in my arm if unable to go to my primary.
I realize the effects from the shots are trivial to getting covid.
However, it is very stressful for me. I stay afraid all the time and probably blowing all this out of proportion.
Like I've explained to my husband, having fibromyalgia is like the princess and the pea story. You notice every single thing. Every thing and if it strays from the norm, you are so uncomfortable or hurt.
Anyway, I was just wondering if any one else has this issue with injections or is it just me.
My 85 year old father gets around better than me. i hate having to look at chairs to "make sure" they're not too low or dip down in the back. It is exhausting these days with covid. It amplifies everything.
I know I rambled a bit, but it helps to release the stress.
