Well we made it through covid year, just being sure to stop and be grateful for each day..

This year has personally started out funky..for different reasons...

Something kathy said about long haul viruses struck a nerve, because a few years back my PT said fibro theory had our cells stressed by a latent virus..🤷🏻‍♀️
