Thanks so much! It really means a lot to me, to have your support. I've been married for over 28 years and I know my husband loves me, but I also know he doesn't want to hear about my pain. Oh, he says he does want to hear, but I can see it on his face, and I don't think I'm being paranoid. He along with everyone else, simply don't believe it, or maybe they are just tired of hearing about it. I really do try not to complain to them too much, but there are times, it just gets the best of me. Most of the time, I can cope with the pain. I have a wonderful doctor that has worked with me for 20 years. I do take Vicoprofen for the pain and it helps me to manage the pain. Pain never seems to go away, always with me, like a faithful companion...some companion, huh?? The fatigue, on the other hand, gets the best of me. I try to exercise daily, usually take a walk; I have three dogs, so they are a wonderful motivation, or I use an elliptical trainer, which is great for giving my joints a break. I've been trying to read some of the posts and see the information on malic acid, which I have been taking for years, but realize from reading the posts here that I am not taking enough, so as of today, I am taking more...thanks so much for that! I take so many supplements, you'd think I was running a nutritional store from my office! Well, I digress... again, thanks so much for the warm welcome and making me feel like a part of you.
