up date on fay

We are getting pounded by rain and wind (40 miles and hour or so) they are telling us to be carful the worst for us is yet to come. My household is ready for it. The wind is what bothers me. Seeing the tree out frount swaying. My joints hurt so bad today my feet are so swellen. From the fibro or the Lupus take your choice. Time for some hot tea. Will keep posted when it is over.

PS I am just south of Jacksonville in Clay county a towm called Middleburg, and just north of St Augustine where it made land fall.

Tink, stay dry, too. I understand that area could get up to 30 inches of rain! Hopefully it will move on soon. I'm in Tampa and I think we are the only part of the state that wasn't affected by Fay. Those storms are sure fickle.

Hey Tink,

SO glad to hear your update. That means you have power still! We are still seeing effects of Fay in West Palm Beach. The gusty winds and mild rain are hanging on. I have been flaring since this weather system started, I have been in bed all week ( and the bath tub). It is unreal how much of a factor the weather plays in how I feel from day to day.

I am glad you are prepared, and hope the worst is not that bad. Hang in there!!

Tink, sorry you're having such a rough time right now. Keep that tea coming, or better yet, come back to Jersey and I'll make you some tea, hot or cold. I hope the weather calms down and you and family are safe and you feel much better.

Sherrine, glad you're not having a prob w/ Fay, hope it stays that way.

We are actually having gorgeous weather, cool in the eves and 70's and sunny during the day. Not trying to tease anyone, just so happy to turn off the ac, the bills have been/ will be horrible. My prayers are w/ all you dear ppl in the path of Fay.
