My MRI came back and I do have osteoarthritis in my spine. He also gave me a perscriptoin for Lyrica. I took it to the pharmacy and I have to get approval first. He gave me 7 day trial pack. I have Aetna does any one else and did they approve it for you.

He also mentioned that on top of Fibro Arthritis I have CFS symptoms.

Wow... you sure are having fun now, huh?!?! I have the spine thing, as well as degenerative joint disease in the spine along with no insurance. I get my celebrex thru parnership for prescription assisance. I hope the Lyrica works for you and you get some relief.

Lyrica has to be approved because originally it was not prescribed for fibromyalgia. It is just a formality.

I hope they get it approved quickly Leemadd.

 

CFS is something I'm going to ask my new rheumy about Thurs. Do you have a lot of sore throats??? I know the fatigue is much worse for me than the pain most of the time.

Its funny that you mention that My throat gets dry and itchy for a couple hours everyday then it goes away i thought it was allergies but the more i read the more i think its cfs who knows this is all knew and crazy to me
