Messages are not as private as thought

Today I went on google to search for a giant heating pad and found a post from our forum right on the front page.  I figured that no one would read what was written here unless they came to the  forum.   That is important info, so we don't write anything we don't want appearing on people's search engines.  It is a good thing real names are not allowed.

If you go to the bottom of this page and click on the "Details" word in the Who's Online section you will see about a kabillion Guest Visitors on the list. Those are 99% search engine bots looking for applicable words for searches. If you type your online name into a search engine it will probably show up as a HealingWell link. It's just the way the bots work.

I realized this about 2 weeks ago when I googled something, too.  However, I wasn't paying attention and mistakenly googled what I was looking for at the top of the HW page.  (I'm using my mom's computer and still haven't figured out this stupid thing).   Anyway, I never use my real name or post my picture (on other sites).  Big brother is always watching!
