advice on bloating

I find that when the FM flares and the achiness/stiffness kicks up, I also get a bloated feeling. Any advice?

Are you sure it's just a bloated feeling? I would get that and be so uncomfortable so one day I tried Gas X just to see what would happen. The bloated feeling was actually a build up of gas in my system and I didn't realize it. (Don't you DARE, Marlee!

) Now, when I get that feeling, I use Gas X and it does seem to help me.

Will you be appearing in the Thanksgiving Day parade this year Sherrine??? You know I have no self control.

I thought the bloating was a part of my lemon of a digestive system but maybe not.
