I have read that fibromyalgia can cause skin rashes and what not, but I have this spot on my neck and cheek that has slowly gotten redder and redder (blotchy kind of) over the past few years. I have tried looking up rashes and what not but cannot find anything like this, it has never itched just red blotchy spots is all and they never go away... I was just curious if anyonehas developed this same problem??? I have been dealing with the issues of fibromyalgia for approx 8+ years now and nothing ever seems to amaze me anymore!!!!

I have a small red spot on my face. It doesn't itch or anything either. It came after fibro. Always wondered why. But with fibro, I guess anything can happen.

You do have a point there!!!! My red spot came after fibro too, but its hard to tell what things are caused by fibro and what things aren't you know??? Fibromyalgia just does SO MANY things to your body!!!! Thanks for your response!!!!

I would have a dermatologist check it out. I had a spot on my face that was pink and the skin would be scaly and then flake off. This went on for months. I just thought it was a little psoriosis but had it checked out. It was a precancerous lesion! It was removed and that was the end of that but I'm so thankful that I had it checked out. If I hadn't, it would have turned into skin cancer.

Mine never scales, itches or anything....it is just a red blotch its not raised off of the skin or anything. I thought it mught be roasia (spelled that wrong) but figured I would mention it to my dr when I go in next. It just seems to spread further up my face as time passes. Thanks for your input, glad to hear that you found things out before they got to be bad!!!! Take care!!!!
