Oh boy...yeah nausea... it can really make a huge dent in the quality of life, that's for sure.
We all get days when our stomaches are a little off, and I have to say that crackers (saltines) have become my best friend. It helped when I was pregnant. I have found over the years that they really help on those off days. I eat those, and drink soup broths. Eating white rice, and banana's are said to be perfect for it too. Very easy to digest, and gentle on the stomache.
Have you been checked for ulcers?? They can make one pretty sick. Or perhaps acid reflux? For me, it's a med I have to take, methotrexate. Seems that drug induced nausea is the hardest to find relief for. Has your doctor suggested it might be your meds?
There are plently of stomache meds out there (prescription strength) like Losec, Prevacaid, Pantoloc, and so on. Have a talk with your pharmacist about your meds, and your tummy troubles, he/she might be able to help in some way.
