hello all of my dear fibromite friends
just a little tip for all of you:
if your child comes into your room and wakes you up at 5:00 am because he's thirsty and you realize that you've got a glob of goopy gunk in your nose, head, and chest AGAIN, after you get him his water and see that he uses the bathroom and get him back off to sleep, do NOT get online and look up why you might have globs of goopy gunk in your nose, head, and chest because if you do, you will find all sorts of scary information and immediately become convinced that you have copd, which of course will kick your anxiety into overdrive, which of course means you'll have a panic attack and won't be able to get back to sleep for several hours, which of course means when you do get up you will feel like you were hit by a mac truck during the night.
no, dear friends, do not do any of this. if per chance you ARE woken up at 5:00 am by a thirsty child and realize you have a nose, head, and chest full of goop, after you get your child settled back down, just drink some water and take a mucinex and go back to bed like a normal person!!
