Tootie.. dont feel alone about the thigh pain... I get that as well.. Actually just started getting it not too long ago.. thighs.. both legs... from top to bottom.. I put my feet up on stool and try to massage legs.. thighs.. The "rolling pin" idea sounds like a great idea... I'm going to try that.. maybe its the cold weather.. Im in a northern state with lots of snow... cold...
