I saw this on cafepress.com:

 

"My fibromyalgia pain is more real than your imaginary medical expertise."

 

I think it could be used with doctors who dismiss fibro and family members/friends who dispense unwanted "medical advice."

 

Geez, I'm usually not so catty this early in the morning.
