Well, today the temp was wonderful mid 60's and not a cloud in the sky. I felt great this morning because it was so warm and I FINALLY got a good night's sleep.
So at work, I decided to clean the windows. Sounded like a great idea at the time. With a squeege and the whole bit. We have 6 windows about 14 foot tall and 6 feet wide. Pretty big windows.
My sales guy moved all the tires for me(yea I was smart enough not to do that and I set out cleaning the windows. There was ALOT of arm movement...don't know if you all have ever clean windows with a squeege before, but you have to press kinda hard to not leave streaks. So I clean all these windows inside and out first with the cleaning wand then with the squeeze part.
Now all I can say is ouchie ouchie. I cannot lift my arms any higher that my chest area and my back and feet are killing me.
So I am here to tell you. Alot of us will start to feel better as the weather keeps getting warmer. Just a little advice, still take it slow and work your way up to things. I have been so inactive this winter because I was hurting so bad that I didnt move about as much as I should have. But I have learned my lesson to take it slow and work up my endurance as the weather gets warmer. Because now I am off this weekend and it is supposed to be 70 degrees here and I am more than likely NOT to get to enjoy it because of the mistake I made today
Hugs
