I read this website this morning and realized that when I get "sick" once a month wil flulike feelings and bad chest pain, it is definitely Costochondritis thanks to this website. It explains it in a way that is exact to how I feel with this pain and even has a list that perfectly explains how we feel with fibro.

I've been "sick" because of this Costochondritis for about two weeks now instead of the usual two to three days once a month. I hope you all find this as interesting as I do.

that site is wonderful....thank you so much for sharing it. It is so amazing to me that 22 years ago when I was dx with Costo no one I knew had even heard of it. I thought the Dr made it up just to get rid of me....lol

Very good site. A piece I read on calcification between the ribs hit right on for my lower left rib cage. Two years ago I felt like I was laying on concrete if I laid on left side. Separated two ribs once just by rolling over on that side on the floor. Its taken about a year of doing side bending stretches to free those ribs up where I can push on them and they will give.
