hahaha Girl! We all do that, but hopefully we learn as we go.
Try doing about
1/2 as much as you did (I know it's hard to leave things incomplete but you have to) next time and remember to stop often for a break even if you think you dont need one, you probably do.
You will find your balance sooner or later ...and just like us, along the way you will get lots of practice at overdoing it and then learning how to undo all the knots and sore muscles! Think of it this way...Its good to know how to do!
