So I think I'm in a sort of flare-only a sort of one, though, because all of the pains aren't crashing down on me at once-I'm just having a terrible time with the burning. Do you all know what I mean? That awful, deep, terrible sensation that your muscles are on fire? I'm feeling it something awful in my legs, back, and shoulders right now. Every time I bend over or stretch up to grab something or turn the wrong way-ouch!!!! It feels like I ran a 3 day triathalon without training beforehand!
To make it all better, my carpal tunnel is also acting up so I'm getting stabbing pains in my wrists and fingers. Basically, I'm a mess right now!
So what do you guys do for the burning? When it hits me, I want to live in the bathtub, but unfortunately my sensitive skin won't let me do that. I'm also best friends with my heating pad and bed buddy right now. It's not really helping the pain go away, but it's comforting me in an emotional way and keeping me from breaking down (which I am on the verge of doing!)
I am still exercising and still avoiding caffeine and sugar and that does help, but this gosh darn burning feeling is driving me crazy right now. I guess I just needed to complain for a minute-boo HISS!!!
