I've just been reading all of your very informative posts until I get an official diagnosis next week, but I wondered if any of you could offer some advice on something.
For the past few weeks my tailbone has been really bothering me. I can't think of anything I did to it, but it really starts to hurt when I sit for a while or when I first get up in the morning. It especially bothers me at work as I'm pretty much sitting for 4 hours straight in an office chair that's not the greatest. I'll laid down with a bed buddy on it when I can in the evening and will even sometimes wear those heated patches that last 8 hours. Those things seem to help a little, but I wonder if anyone else has had a problem with this and might have suggestions on other things that may help.
