Maz, so sorry you are having so much pain. I went thru the fog yesterday, everything I wrote here had to be corrected, most I caught, some I didn't catch. I even wrote a post, only to hit the wrong button and lose it somewhere in time. I just didn't have the energy or 'brain' left to redo.
I had the same problem w/ my arms, couldn't hold them up too long, my shoulders would burn. I also used the idea 'lost' mentioned, have the children come up to the board and write out what is necessary. The overhead projector is an excellent idea, also.
I also get that bruised and beaten feeling all over my body. There are times I have to ask my DH not to touch my arms or head, the sensation is unbearable. Normally, I love it, he has such a gentle touch. He understands, but I still hate saying, Don't Touch.
Maggi, I love the idea of the T-shirt w/ trigger points, but I think we may need full body suits to keep ppl away from all our sore spots.
Donna, I used to worry about grammar, now I try to spend most of my time OCDing on spelling. Some days I am just happy if someone understands what I'm trying to say, cause I get lost in my thoughts or lack of them. Look out, brain on fire.
God bless. Alice.
