Hi Vestabula,
Sherrine is right in a way. I've been thankful that this is the first year I haven't played slice and dice on my body. It seems every year I've had something, whether it is a lypoma tumor, some female blowout, or last year the knee surgery. I've only been to the doctors once this year and that was for a sinus infection I couldn't kick. I'm chemicle sensitive to smells and I cleaned the dish machine for about hours inhaling limeaway. First time I've had this bad of a reaction.
I take no meds at all anymore. I didn't want to try St. John's as it makes you sun sensitive and summer is my season for pushmowing my lawn. I didn't want to burn. I did try Kava Kava, it helped me to sleep a little but wasn't really worth the bother as it can do liver and kidney damage. Gonna chuck that stuff out.
I was diagnosed with low heart rate after my heart cath 6 years ago. I was already doing colustrum and hylaronic acid and my heart specialist told me to try Co. Q 10. It took my heart rate up and I no longer have chest pains (stress induced).'
I found with them I healed a lot faster.
For sinus infections it's either echinacea/goldenseal, marshmallow root, or slippery elm and fennugreek and thyme.
For yeast infections or tonsilitis I did acidepholidis or usnea (had my tonsils out at 49)
For poison ivy, infantago, ringworm, scabies or rashes use black walnut hulls.
most days I take the super cissus, bio-sil, co q 10, colustrum, hylaronic acid, radiance (multi), hair vitimans, extra b's,
cmo and vit e
