Oops!

hi guys,

it's my husbanda birthday. i got unexpectadly drunk, man am i gonna pay tommorow. goodnight.

I can feel the monumental hangover starting already.

Oh wow...that's gonna be tough tomorrow. I do hope you can stay down and rest. I have no idea what being 'hung' will do to your pain but if you start tossing your cookies...now that would cause some major discomfort!

I hope you get over the "flu" quickly. Way back in the last century, when I used to have alcohol on occasion, one time I was also "overserved" ( love that one...lol) I felt like I had the flu for 3 days. In fact that's what I told the kids...Mommy has the flu bug. They were small and didn't know any better then. Didn't have much to drink in the years after that and once I started taking pain meds I have stopped.

I do hope you recover fast tomorrow.

I'm not fairing out too bad. I drank a pint of water for every bottle of beer had. Over the course of the night i drank five beers and five pints of water. so surprisingly i'm not too bad at all. Just tired and enough of a reminder as to why i don't drink much any more. I was in bed by 12.30 and slept well.
Have bad pains in my wrists and shoulder. I bought my husband a nintento wii fit, it's so much fun but part of my pains are from that. we had tonnes of fun doing sports in virtual reality, less fun than the real thing but at least i got to participate.
Thanks for the advice guys, plenty of water, camomile tea and oatcakes, with a side of vitamin C and millk thistle.
