Vyvanse experiences anyone?

So...I am officially dx both ADD/HD and fibro. The hoops you go through are almost beyond description. It has been a long time coming, and a lot of conditions have been ruled out in the process. I had been seeing a therapist whose dx was depression/anxiety, and she believed that was causing my other problems.

I stopped seeing her in January, my family doctor and hep-C doc both rejected the depression dx, both recommended a 2nd opinion, gave me a few recommendations. Glad they supported me on this.

My new therapy doc has suggested Vyvanse. He wants to see if this would be a better choice than Ritalin.

I was using Novartis ritalin LA and it was working, but the new med insurance imposed in January rejected coverage due to the previous dx of depression. It would have required an 'off label' use. Hence the complete restructuring of my care profile.

While I wait for the insurance to catch up with my new dx and Rx (about 1-2 weeks), I would like to have observations and experiences you'all have had with Vyvanse.
